Tuition is an annual course fee, that can be broken into 9 payments. Classes run September 14th through May 15th. Tuition is based on the number of hours taken per week, per family.

EX 1: if you have 1 child taking 2, 45 min classes each week you will pay $801.00 for the season or 9 payments of $89.00, If you have 3 Children each taking 1 hour of classes per week you will pay $1341.00 for the season or 9 payments of $149.00

Tuition is based on an annual course fee that is divided into 9 payments. Tuition remains the same regardless of attendance or studio closing due to holiday, weather, etc.

If you choose to break your payment into 9 payments each payment is due on the following dates:

Sept 15, Oct 1, Nov 1, Dec 1, Jan 1, Feb 1, Mar 1, April 1, April 12.

Your account balance will run on auto pay on Sept 15th and the 10th or each month, from Oct- April, the final payment will run on April 12. If your account balance is zero at that time, no payment will run on auto pay. Therefore, you can pay in cash or check before the 10th of each month to avoid the auto charge. Each family must have 1 current credit or debit card on the parent portal.

A payment is considered late if received after the 15th of the month and a $20.00 late charge will be posted to your account. Late fees will accrue every month tuition remains delinquent. Students with accounts delinquent in excess of 30 days will not be permitted to take class until account is current.

In the event of a government shutdown for circumstances including, but not limited to covid-19 classes will resume on Zoom and tuition will remain in effect.

Additional Cost

Registration*- $40.00 per student or $60.00 per family with 2 or more students

Costume fees*- $60.00 for combo classes, $78.00 for all other classes. Due November 1st. Costume fees will run on auto pay on November 10th. You can pay in cash or check before the 10th of each month to avoid auto pay.

Recital Fee*- $85.00 per student or $100.00 per family with 2 or more students. Includes: rehearsal time, 2 tickets for each show your dancers is in, and a video of the performance. Due February 1st. Recital fees will run on auto pay on February 10th. You can pay in cash or check before the 10th of each month to avoid auto pay.*

3% online card processing fee applies.

*Registration, costume & recital fees are non-refundable. Competition fees are non-refundable.

Cancelation Policy- To withdraw your child from dance classes email: Dansations@gmail.com. All future billing will be stopped effective the date of the email. All billing previous to the date of the cancelation email is non-refundable.
